About Us

Edis-Bates Associates is a niche corporate governance consultancy, providing advice and support to listed and unlisted companies. Most of our clients are UK-based.

We carry out board performance evaluations; provide training and coaching to company secretaries and directors; and deliver consulting services on corporate governance and compliance issues.

In providing advice, we aim to give hands-on practical support and to offer ideas and suggestions that we have found work well in practice elsewhere.
